Setting up, developing and carrying through serviced residence projects
Bouygues Immobilier has designed and built several types of residences:
- EHPADs (accommodation for the dependent elderly),
- residences for the non-dependent elderly,
- student residences,
- residences for business travellers,
- tourist residences.
The recently created Residences and services branch has already been involved in many and varied large-scale projects. Whether completed or under development they can be found all over France, in Aubagne, Dax, Lyon, Nantes, Strasbourg, and elsewhere.
Bouygues Immobilier is the only property developer with a structure dedicated to serviced residences
Bouygues Immobilier is one of the operators within its market to have set up a structure dedicated to serviced residences. This organisational framework allows it to cater for the requirements and specific features of projects of this kind. It includes marketing in blocks, management of residences by operators and managers, providing of certain establishments with medical facilities, etc.
Bouygues Immobilier's dedicated Specific Product teams operate in every region of France.
Architectural quality and social diversity
Quality : Bouygues Immobilier takes great care with the design and construction of its serviced residences to ensure that they meet the needs of future residents, whether these are elderly or disabled residents, tourists, business travellers, and so on.
Protection of the environment : there are no ecological labels for residences with medical or hotel facilities. Bouygues Immobilier is leading the way in this field through pilot schemes carried out in conjunction with the CSTB (scientific and technical centre for the building industry). Objective: to define a label specific to Bouygues Immobilier that meets the strictest environmental standards.
Social mixing : Bouygues Immobilier's serviced residences are designed to blend seamlessly into their urban environment. Some are part of larger scale and inter-generational town development projects. Where possible, EHPADs have been created next to nurseries or leisure centres, as in Montreuil (93), associated with a student residence, as in Roche-sur-Yon (85), or integrated within a housing development, as in Vincennes (94).
Ambition: to develop projects in and around Paris and the other regions of France
Bouygues Immobilier's Specific Product branch generated more than 1000 sales in 2007.
The regions outside Paris are starting to develop. The aim is to quickly develop projects in the field of tourist, business and student residences, then that of residences with medical facilities and in the welfare sector.
